There are many opportunities to exercise your creativity. The people are great and if you want to move around in the organization, or physically move there are plenty of opportunities.

Cons

Yes, you have to network within the organization. The culture calls for that and if you earnestly do you can turn this con into a pro.

Pros

Very multi cultural, no glass ceilings. There are many capable people in the field who have years of great experience and are generally always willing to help

Cons

Can be too bureaucratic at times, which slows decision making. The company is suffering from a legacy of underinvestment 10 years ago which is holding them back today.
