      Pros

      Excellent benefits, work from home opportunities. You can advance quickly in the company if you have the will and the drive.

      Cons

      Account managers were terrible. Sometimes, those that you are to help manage don't want your help and can be very rude about it.

      Unexciting and traditional

      Pros

      Knock off on the dot. Just drop everything and go. Generous leave entitlement. Idyllic resort feel at HQ. Flexible working hours. Carpark rate is fair, but Manager grade gets free parking.

      Cons

      Too specialized functions and many colleagues clamouring for 1-2 jobs. NOL traditional culture. Retirement village. Some department heads (esp those from NOL days ) have TOO MUCH discrectionary power. Laptops are from 2004 when you have to/demanded by boss to be fast
