      -decent pay -really good people thats all I can think of..............

      Cons

      -no work-life balance -middle management destroyed morale -management openly alienated others through racist and sexist comments! -management style included fear mongering, constantly threatened team -tone of the team was dependent on the mood of the manager -manager got mad at the team for asking questions -unfair workload with no resolution even when addressed to manager -antiquated MAINFRAME technology -still traumatized from this experience

      - Professional environment in most departments. - Traditional corporate structure.

      Certain changes that the company undertook in 2014 were understandable given the volatility of the market. However, the company is not transparent and its mission and vision are lost under cost savings measure.
