- Young and international team. - interesting work.

Cons

- A good amount of corporate BS - Salary and renumeration is meh. Not good, not bad, just meh. - First and second level management can be a very mixed bag when it comes to both personality and ability. - very little flexibility when it comes to working hours, much less when it comes to possibility of working remotely. Recommendation: be wary of accepting promotions and extra tasks "unofficially", the promise official promotions and raises may never happen.

Good work environment and stable Job, the schedules are Mon to Fri and have medical benefits and it is located in Heredia.

Cons

Low Salaries and no opportunitties to grow. No work from home and benefits have been reduced. Hiring standard has been reduced and therefore the quality.
