Free lunch Monday through Thursday, great coworkers, free parking, located in the Downtown area, corporate bonus, as well as a Christmas bonus.
Cons
Lack of employee empowerment, toxic work culture, most managers fend for themselves and not employees (not good leadership), entry level employees aren't as valued by the company as they should be, little to no work/life balance, employees are expected to overwork themselves for the same basic pay and an average annual raise, average compensation and lack of growth opportunities. Rather than compromising on any issues, HR will side with management on EVERYTHING, even when they're wrong. They currently hire managers and executives that are capable to do the job but DON'T fit the culture at all. There is a lack of minorities and women promoted to leadership roles. Diversity is NEEDED in this day and age. I'm not sure how they expect to grow and develop innovative ideas without them.
