Great at what they do

Pros

The people are really good at what they do and that inspires an environment of excellence. Not only that, but they are great people to work with as well.

Cons

Executive leadership can sometimes stonewall ideas without fully hearing them out and understanding why they are being proposed.

During our busy season, this team experiences long hours and we apologize if your importance was not adequately appreciated. We recently passed out Thank You cards to all Ops employees written by other teammates around the company and held a “Thank You” breakfast. I liked the company but the work just didn't fulfill my needs.

Pros

I enjoyed the free lunches while still having the flexibility to eat elsewhere. The people were nice and welcoming. There was always work to be done. Training was adequate and I was able to learn the company's systems quickly.

Cons

The work was not challenging enough for me. I felt there was no real direction/goal and projects were often cancelled or postponed shortly after being assigned. With better analysis of the problem and situation, this issue would likely occur less. Projects have no real structure to them. I often felt micromanaged which conflicts with my personality.
