We will work with them on training and development and we appreciate your honest feedback. Your compensation begins at $13 an hour on the Operations team which is made clear from the first phone call. We do offer opportunities for over-time for full-time employees, and opportunities for advancement and increases of pay as you continue to work within the company. We encourage you to speak with your manager regarding any interest in moving up within the company or to a full-time role.

Great pay but save up because you can look on linked in and see the revolving door!
