Lack of communication. Worst group of management I've ever encountered. Underpaid. Not all employees treated the same. Upper management condoned those actions by not addressing them and most times support them. To have worked in the Corporate office you would think there would have been more fair practices and consistency of treatment of their employees. Your only opportunity for growth was if you were in the right clique. I watched many valuable employees leave mostly because of unappreciatiion and not feeling valued. I won't be surprise to see this company lose many more valuable employees due to their mediocre appreciation of their employees.
