Pros
ARS is very concerned about you and your family life. They go above and beyond making sure each employee has the time and ability to balance work and family life. With all the stress life can bring, ARS is aware that employees are an important aspect of this company. Best place I have worked in my 50 years of employment.
Cons
The only down side I have of working for ARS is our facility and equipment. We are a small location in Wilmington, NC so our office furniture is a bit old. Training is another area , some of use get left behind when it comes to updates due to the slow communication we tend to have.
