Great benefits and people to work with, great incentives for sales and a fun work environment

Loud work environment at times and PTO time does not roll over into new year and is use it or lose it

Company culture is toxic and I would not recommend working here

Cons

No room for advancement. Your starting pay is based off how much they like you not your skillset. Men were given higher starting salaries despite having less experience and lacking the ability to do the job.
