The upper management are all incredible people, wonderful teachers, are very friendly and will do everything in there power to make you succeed in your job role. This company starts you off with a higher pay than most and will keep giving opportunity for advancement as long as you prove your ability to get the job done right the first time and keep a strong steady pace.
