None. Almost everything you are told they will di will never happen.

Cons

Almost everything . Unpaid commissions. Non reimbursement of funds. Failure to pay all of salary. High pressure to sell .

The hours are very good. You can work four hours two days out the week, and 6 hours two days out the week. Equaling 20 hours

Cons

They expect you make sales on air conditioning units. The pay is okay. The commission is low. People walk away from you.
