You could get overtime. Some of my coworkers were great to work with.

Cons

Very dishonest. Main goal was to get someone to purchase new unit even if that meant lieing to customers

Plenty of opportunity to advance. Management members care about you and are willing to work to get a schedule that works for everyone. The pay is very competitive.
