Consistent hours and good pay. The benefits are pretty cheap and we have a good manager. They are keeping us up to date on changing equipment for training.

Cons

Woud like more retirement money for 401k.

Good compensation for leadership role. GM was a good person.

Cons

Lack of training and support. Long hours. Conflicting messages from upper management. Losing customers because everything moves too fast to care about quality. Asked to Lie on sales reports and cancel "sales" the next day to avoid dealing with upper management. Gaslighting and soulless corporate environment.
