      Very poor management and HR policies

      I don't think there are any.

      Cons

      1. If you're either relative of official in higher management or in their good books then your progress is well defined otherwise you'll have a labourer's job with minimal pay and opportunities. 2. Recently they have made it mandatory for employees to write favorable reviews on Glassdoor in order to receive appraisals. 3. Continuous micro-management by managers.

      Poor Management - Lack of opportunity

      Good place to work. You can learn something good.

      Cons

      But not a great place. Poor management, lack of opportunities for senior associates and the onsite opportunities are really worse than ever I seen here.
