      Pros

      ARIs primary US headquarters is located in East Peoria, IL. I was actually working as a Software Test Engineer, Consutant for at a large company in Shippensburg, PA, who provided me my day-to-day work assignments. I would communicate with my ARI manager, located in East Peoria weekly. He would visit the Shippensburg location quarterly. The ARI CEO would visit annually, sometimes more often.

      Cons

      ARI is located in Illinois; therefore, their health care offerings are governed by the state of Illinois, not by the state where the employee resides.

      Pros

      It's a company that is committed to serve clients with the highest service quality. And in order for that, the company is willing to train new graduates/freshers right out of college who has no/little exposure to professional experience. Not much companies are willing to do that!

      Cons

      You'd be doing full-time ($24-$26 per hour) ONLY when you start working on client's site/location meaning if you're fresh out of school/waiting to be placed on a new project i.e., engineer in rotation - you'd be a trainee until that ($15-$18). You never know when you might get placed full-time! (This applies only for international students who're in OPT)

      Benefits are provided I suppose. The holiday party was fun.

      Benefits and compensation are well below expectations.
