      My job profile allows me to interact with global teams which has given me abundant exposure to diverse working culture. I foresee lot of growth opportunities for my role, as the company encourages ideas from all levels of job functions. Casual dress code, remote working, and virtual events are few of the supportive & interesting initiatives from ARi's office.

      Got Salary during the down time of Covid

      Cons

      Dependent only on one customer for Projects . Caterpillar . If there is no project they will fire you

      Very good company for beginners, One of the best organization out of CAT suppliers(compared to other suppliers less stress good management)

      Cons

      Maximum detailing projects only, Caterpillar only the supplier... Once you to got much experience.... U have to work Caterpillar suppliers only
