      Nothing to say. on every aspect it is good. suggestable organization to work. Work oppurtunities should be explored for evry employee

      Pros

      Good Company to work on. Mainly into Automotive Domain. If you are good at Automotive back ground, the company is a good choice.

      Cons

      Less Learning Curve. For programmers/developers, the domain knowledge is a must otherwise you may not catch up. For Freshers, it is surely a good start.
