Cons
Sadly it can be summed in two words: Meat Grinder The place is an constant revolving door of talent, legitimate world class talent that can put the company on a path to real growth and success is stifled to the point where they just quit (with almost no notice). Nearly the entire c-suite has been rotated (numerous times). There are moments where we join a company all-hands meeting (at the time 500+ employees) the CEO just ghosts the entire company, a no show. The CISO quit recently. It should be no surprise the previous CTO quit because of this behavior. The new CTO comes from Microsoft and just seems to be cargo culting their practices. Shipping everything to India to cut payroll costs to the extreme and the existing employee base is left trying to figure out how they will work with team members 12-16 hours away. Nobody sleeps, everyone is exhausted, burnt-out and focused solely on planning their escape.
