- they went the india / Sri Lanka route which means huge reorg, surprise demotions so new staff can take over with zero context. - nothing is every enough. Too many demands now. - you speak up to upper management about your concerns and nothing changes. It’s their way or the highway. - culture has gone away completely. No more “family” feel… nobody even speaks unless it’s work-related - CONSTANT changes to process that make it impossible to keep up -ZERO communication from above, especially direct managers -managers passing their work onto others, leaving them scrambling - changes of meetings constantly, notifications about changes late at night in the US because managers are all in Sri Lanka or India - people are afraid to push back on requests because they feel that saying no will result in being fired. - even if people do push back, they are disregarded and pushed even harder. - it’s a unit of management who do not care about employees. - every single long term employee has left due to the misery, and yet nobody in upper management seems to care. -truly terrible.
