10yThank you for your comment. You were supervisor of the ASME production department for 5 years, and in that time you were in charge of supervision and management of all ASME production work. As such, I'm a confused about your "cons" comment regarding "aggressive management" as that was YOUR role at ASC. As you know, supervisors often are put in the unenviable position of having to meet aggressive production schedules while at the same time assuring safe work practices and employee satisfaction. Often, these competing interests can cause friction and the supervisor can react incorrectly toward workers, which can cause unnecessary friction in those relationships. When this happens, we always counsel the supervisor and provide additional guidance and training in the proper ways to communicate with the employees and avoid conflict. We always try our best to address these incidents immediately and effectively. None of this should be unfamiliar territory to you, as many employees have complained about you being too aggressive with them too. Regardless of the circumstances, I can promise you that ASC will continue to take all complaints seriously and take immediately take action to make things better for our employees. It is not in our interest to have unhappy employees and it remains our goal to have everyone productive and happy at our company. Thanks again for your comments.
