Management puts a lot of trust into employees to get things done right, which is also good for those of us with initiative.

You are given lots of responsibility and you are challenged everday. From the first interview they tell you that you will be designing and project managing million-dollar projects, and that's exactly what you do. In just a couple years I have become a much better engineer due to the wide variety of concepts and tasks I'm responsible for. Good pay and bennies. They have lots of work, so it's a very stable job. Nice new facilities and good coworkers.
