10% .. (if that) diversity, women are not considered, global strategic business direction does not exist. HR and leadership, fractured categories and disconnected functions are nightmares. Outdated operations, high turnover and derogatory remarks, SLOW to change with minimal care for efficiency or progression. No growth opportunity. Org charts and environment are dreary.
