Awful. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

Pros

Can’t think of any. They took away all the perks.

Cons

Horrendous work life balance. The corporate office is so out of touch with reality and have no idea what is going on. Their systems are archaic and don’t allow for proper planning or business acumen. HR likes to overlook things like harassment claims and would rather not deal with something negative than actually do their job and investigate. There were a total of 4 CEO’s when I was employed. HUGE disconnect from the Japan HQ and US corporate offices. You get 3 weeks vacation but your boss never lets you actually take it. I cashed out 160 hours of PTO when I left. Plan on working every Saturday and Sunday and don’t even think about asking for days off for personal matters… business comes first, your life comes last.

Pros

Not much.. 3 weeks vacation was cool and that they have a lot of holidays. I met some really cool people that are now near and dear to me

Cons

Where do I start? Working there 2.5 years and the company went through 3 CEO’S. Huge red flag! They have several CFO’s as well! The supervisor I worked under hired all her best friends into the team and soon after a huge divide started to happen. People not in her circle where second class and when you speak up then you are told to stay in your lane. Shortly after you are being bullied, harassed and discriminated against! Their core values say to speak up when something unjust happens but once you do speak up you are in TROUBLE! The training we have to take clearly says hiring friends or roommates is a HUGE conflict of interest!! This company has no direction. Sooner or later the Irvine office will move to Boston!
