Cons

Management change effecting numerous long time employees in a negative way. Company morale at an all time low.

Growing Company Only hires talented and hardworking people from what I see. Onsite cafeteria, good benefits, new building, awesome location. CEO, Execs super friendly. Open door policy for most, if not all. Company focusing on Women and women's products - very needed and exciting.

Cons

Too Lean - need more people. Work too much. Could pay more but company pays majority of benefit cost & 401k is better than most out there. Lots of little perks. Company store & discount on products.

Performance shoes are the only good things coming out of ASICS.

Cons

Corporate life is an incredibly political, dog-eat-dog, competitive atmosphere. People aren't afraid to throw others under the bus to get an extra leg up. Operationally speaking, the company is stuck in the past and is not keeping up with the pace of the market and technology. Input from employees is not accepted. Leadership is composed of either incapable or wrongfully hired individuals - all of whom have been unable to position ASICS as a viable competitor in its space.
