Bad work life balance depended on team Toxic culture of political games, finger pointing, info hoarding. Company does not seem to be doing anything to improve

Vast majority of engineers and middle managers have little industry experience(<4 years), even fewer people with tenure in the company; the only ones left are the ones who couldn’t get a job elsewhere. The rest are random hires from competitors. Upper management takes no responsibility in decisions or in developing the teams Engineering work is slowed down by bureaucracy that rarely achieves the intentions. Very low development efficiency; majority of effort is spent fixing mistakes that could have been easily avoided in the beginning. Product design is getting worse with every change.
