Pros

The technical analysis and problem-solving tasks are the interesting part of the job.

Cons

However, knowledge organization is still a mess, the training and internal career's path system still lacking which causes slow progress for newly hired engineers to do an efficient and effective job in a short time to help the development of the company.

Pros

Benefits are better than most . PTO is generous You can go back to school and ASML will help pay for it You can apply for jobs within the company and move, try something new Bonus every year Nice breakrooms Get work from home

Cons

Bonus use to be better.... I guess you still get something When you are hired on its hard to find training, work instruction's . You are pretty much thrown into the fire. Need to ask around a lot. ASML is not great with communication.

Pros

Good culture, work isn't as difficult

Cons

No real training at Wilton CT site. Depending on manager expectations maybe too high for lack of training.
