Do your self a favor and work somewhere else

Pros

Benefits are pretty great. Paid Lunch is very rare.

Cons

Employees really do not have the opportunity to develop unless you come into a managerial role. The "individual contributor" role means they will work you to the bone, then micromanage until you can not take it any more and leave. Management hires their friends instead of promoting within. Its a culture where everybody is looking for an opportunity to throw somebody under the bus under some false illusion they will get ahead. Not enough managers are focused on the mission, but rather on how they can receive recognition.

Pros

Benefits are outstanding and some coworkers awesome.

Cons

Management. Toxic work environment no hopes for advancement unless you are considered a favorite. High school atmosphere as far as clicks among higher ups and certain staff members. Burns out good employees and will push out older employees with nonsense write ups and lack of appreciation for loyalty.

Pros

Great organization that does its best with what is. Works hard for all the animals to ensure comfort while they stay.

Cons

Very unstable management which makes it hard to work for. People are too cautious in making decisions and therefore takes way to long to get a simple answer. Very little communication better departments.
