      Salary and paid lunch. That's about it.

      Cons

      Rude and burnt out staff, incompetent managers, very poor communication, no support. Overall terrible place to work.

      The burnout is not worth it

      -Great pay -Benefits and PTO -Cool people to work with -Partake in doing some great work

      Cons

      -Management micromanaging -Unsupportive management -Management's lack of communication makes it difficult to plan and prioritize our work effectively -lack of adequate staffing is causing additional stress for those already working there
