      ASTOUND is truly an impressive and dynamic place to work with many wonderful personalities, ideas and backgrounds. I have enjoyed working here and being able to grow within the organization. The team is dedicated, and passionate when it comes to clients, projects and team work!

      There is some new members of management and they are still in the starting phase of getting acclimated and learning more about the employees, culture and dynamics of the team therefore, no cons available at the moment.

      Some interesting projects in theory. People get “promoted” because someone quits.

      Cons

      Toxic owner and upper management team. Low pay. Horrible processes and lack of understanding of how healthy businesses should operate.
