      Pros

      Incredible fabrication facilities for building simple to complex tradeshow installations.

      Cons

      Company was struggling financially probably due to the pandemic. They made new senior leadership hiring decisions to elevate the company and bring in more business. It didn't work out and, as a result, the owner laid off these executives and everyone they had hired.

      I loved my time at ASTOUND! The company is always evolving and exploring new lines of business and industries. Leading edge technology is utilized here making your work more effective and efficient. If you are a motivated individual the opportunities to grow are endless. The company operates in so many different industries, so you are constantly learning as a salesperson. ASTOUND is a highly creative environment and I felt supported and encouraged throughout my tenure.

      Cons

      The pandemic took a toll on the organizations culture, but management is actively making adjustments to improve in this area. More recognition for high performers would go a long way.
