Pros

They actually pay you a great deal starting out,the bonuses are on the last of each check you get for the month. As long as you do a minimum you will get a bonus.you also get a bonus based on site scores.so you will get a bonus if you somehow manage not to meet even the minimum stats.

Cons

ATT is taking over and they are firing alot of people for nothing.went from 1200 people to about 700 in the matter of about 2 months

Pros

Good pay, benefits and co-workers

Cons

Do not value their employees and will do whatever they can to deplete you including out sourcing you and expecting you to teach your replacement. Not sure why Disney gets all the time in the press about foreign replacements for American workers when AT&T has been doing this for 15 years!!

Horrible Company

Business Outlook

Pros

Good Pay, Good Benefits, Union Positions and collective bargaining agreements in many non-management positions. Many different departments and divisions.

Cons

Horrible management, no work life balance, this company does not care at all about its employees. High turnover in many departments, and most jobs are outsourced to contractors outside of the US so you have NO job security. Everything is based around unrealistic metrics.
