Pros

Great pay, and decent benefits. Great team of peers.

Cons

Leadership continues to take away resources, while increasing quotas, and messing with commission payments. Not nearly enough money to deal with all of the stress.

Not so great

Pros

Work associates are usually very accommodating.

Cons

Perks that made the job bearable are disappearing such as green time. Time off the phones for training, team building activities, or just moral boosts are all but gone. Resources are becoming convoluted as the two companies merge and as policies change.

Pros

Proactively asked for your opinion in focus groups

Cons

If anyone in management has a negative perception of you (right or wrong) it is very hard to prove them otherwise and often prevents you from career advancement
