      Pros

      I was able to provide a decent life for my son. full-time benefits and compensation for union workers are excellent poor for management

      Cons

      There is a severe lack of integrity, professionalism fairness and equality. They don't value hard work but rather promote and support widely based on nepotism and favoritism if they like you you'll go far

      Pros

      You will make a Guaranteed 50k, given all of the hours they force you to work.

      Cons

      Don't work here if you have a family. There is no work/ home balance. They expect you to work like you are on-call. They will lie to you about policies and work procedures. If you are not liked, management will find anything they can to get rid of you. Most of the managers are not there to help you, they are there for a paycheck.

      Trained to screw people over

      Pros

      You get to see into an industry that everyone uses, and learning the ways AT&T screwed people over helps me to watch out for that!

      Cons

      We were encouraged to mislead customers in ways we knew would NOT benefit them - don't outright lie, but put a "spin" on why they need some add-on feature or why they should pay for a plan they don't really need. Inadequate amount of training on helping customers with technical issues with their phones, which is what the majority of customers who came into to store needed help with.
