Pros

- Great benefits. - Great pay - Technology centered - Commission really makes the job worthwhile. Easily the best entry based commission job out there.

Cons

If you don't like pressure or have goals to meet or quotas to fulfill, then this is the wrong job for you. AT&T is CONSTANTLY restructuring. Push X product this month, next month you'll be pushing something entirely different. You succeed, great. You fail and it's your job. This is sales, not rocket science.

Pros

The insurance is pretty good and the pay is very decent for the kind of work you are doing.

Cons

The metrics change so often that you are often changing how you treat the customer every three months. The work has become so scripted that it has caused a loss of touch with the customer. There is a heavy burden on the employee to sell something to the customer on every call.
