Pros

Pay is good. Insurance was great. $10 for cable and 50% off cell phone bill.

Cons

They pushed everyone into sales.. I absolutely hated it.. I could do it, and I did my best and was the best on my team yet I felt I was also tormented by management more.. to do more sales.. come on really? On every single call? Customers majorly already upset with the bill or what ever, service or something and you want us to sell them crap??? Not for me not for me! It was not fun! One time a long time ago it was great- before they made everything about sales and now no longer about customer service.
