      Enjoyed the company of all of my colleague and fellow employees, we have rapport and great comraderies; we work as a team. that can help each other when there is calamity like PANDEMIC.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, direct supervisors tend to be pretty flexible, company is putting a lot of work into improving what they can to make it better. Work can be challenging, but it is interesting and engaging.

      Cons

      They will make large HR decisions about leave with little to no notice, don't give all the federal holidays off (big disadvantage for parents), and upper level management has little to no interaction with the people who actually do the work that they make money off of. General vibes depend greatly on which teams you are part of - some are great and others make people completely miserable. Things tend to be either full-support-all-steam-ahead, or it's like pulling teeth to get the resources that you need.
