Benefit package was decent. Team I was on had some great people.

Cons

Senior management is a joke, changing personnel on a constant basis. HR is the worst department there, nothing is confidential, they lie, not at all a trustworthy department.

Easy to get hired. Relaxed environment. Friendly coworkers. Mission driven. Good benefits.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive. Turnover is high. Company is top heavy with upper management while understaffed at the lower levels due to the inability to keep/attract quality employees. Promotion is difficult, too focused on advanced degrees.

Cons

Terrible pressure to drive $, while most employees are paid poorly, and promotions are almost impossible. Senior management arrives and disappears overnight, with little input from regular employees
