      Pros

      You have the opportunity to meet some really bright people

      Cons

      Depending on the group you are with you could be working long hours or have nothing to do. A lot of favoritism within groups and a lot of times management don't see eye to eye with each other which results in conflicting messages to workers. Compensation is horrible and career opportunities are rare so a lot of the bright people who work at the company leave due to frustration.

      None, except for a short work-week.

      Cons

      It's been a year since the President was forced out for having a new vision for ATCC, and the organization has suffered in that time. Many of the most talented employees have left, and contracts have been lost or are endangered.

      ATCC is the one of the oldest biorepositories in the the world and has exceptional brand identity.

      Cons

      Occasionally hazardous work environment, rampant discriminatory practices, lax QC and QA, low pay, high employee turnover and low morale.
