Pros

I loved my co-workers. They were some of the most friendly co-workers I have ever had. Also, the hours and flexibility of schedule was nice.

Cons

The salaries are low for the area because they have the monopoly on the biotech business in the northern Virginia area. Also, you feel like you are constantly being watched. I do not appreciate being micromanaged being a salaried employee. As long as you produce excellent work in a timely manner, it should not matter that you take an extra ten minutes at lunch.

Get tons of Federal funds, most of employees are nice, good universal medical coverage plan

Cons

Strong polilitian culture. Extremely poor management for instance almost every apps full time developer left ATCC within 4months and they cannot find right person to replace so far. Salary is lower than average job market level

Excellent opportunity to gain experience in a variety of departments. Decent benefits package.

Cons

Extremely difficult to move up in the company. Extremely difficult to move around to different departments. Management is poorly chosen and seem to have no guidelines. Very poor compensation.
