      Pros

      ATCC has a diverse scientific community from all backgrounds. It is a great place to learn so much, and it has promising career development opportunities and progress. It is a place I definitely envision myself working in for a long while as I strive to learn more. I like how there are opportunities to advance into more challenging roles as I gain more experience, and I see a lot of great examples of senior colleagues who "rose up the ranks" in that manner.

      Cons

      The rigid 8-hour day, 40-hour week can be draining, especially working on-site. I believe it would be more proficient if the focus is shifted more on the amount of work produced, effective task completion, and productivity rather than the length of time physically worked. This would offer employees more flexibility as well as better incentivize them to complete tasks in a timely manner to meet required deadlines and to do more in less time.

      Pros

      I started working at ATCC in June of this year. ATCC is truly a wonderful place to work. I also enjoy my partnership with the HR team. It's been a wonderful experience working with them. I had a few hiccups at first, but HR stepped in immediately and fix the issue without hesitation. I look forward to many more years at ATCC.
