      Easy pace, little accountability, if that is what you are looking for.

      Cons

      Little accountability, so when you are used to it, the lack of it is frustrating. Talk the talk but do not walk the walk especially when is comes to change and improvement.

      Pros

      ATCC is a company in transition. Coming up on a 100 year anniversary in 2025 with a number of new leaders and a focus on innovation, it's an exciting time to be a part of ATCC. In my first year with this company, I've been empowered to make meaningful changes to my department and enjoyed a number of significant wins. While there are always challenges, I've had the autonomy needed for success and have felt rewarded and recognized for my work. I'm honored to be a part of this mission focused organization with a foundational impact on global health.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done, but this is also what creates such exciting career possibilities at ATCC.
