The roof leaks, the air system is constantly breaking, the "free coffee" is gross and will give you heartburn, the bathrooms frequently need to be closed for repairs. Management cares very little for the safety of their employees. They make you come in when there is no power at all and tell you to work even if you have to hold a flashlight. HR is deceptive, bias, and unprofessional. They made a brand-new fancy office area but have allowed the lab to crumble and fall into ruin. The pay is based on the lower cost of living estimate of the capitol of the state and not the DC metro area where the business is located.

Poor executive management and often low morale across all employees. All employees here are amazing and hard working folks- Their old-school way of management style where you had to be butts in seat, politics are over-sensitive, and their lack of empathy just destroyed everyone mentally. Human Resources department is completely overloaded and confused-have no identified plans or objectives to look after issues. There is no alignment between executive team and employees. CEO is the "KING", untouchable, old style and authoritarian.
