      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, decent benefits, lunch rooms, work out room.

      Cons

      Top heavy on Executive/Management levels. Constantly reorganizing. Poor communication between management and employees. No path for advancement. HR ineffective.

      Pros

      I worked with some really great people at ATCC (both management and front line team members). The brand is a great one, and is trusted in the marketplace. Some leaders are really driving great new opportunities there and the teams work well together. I enjoyed working with my direct and senior management.

      Cons

      Sadly, this company is in dire need of a new CEO. He churns through his senior leadership team in about 2 years time and I've seen some great leaders get shown the door. He has failed (in my time there at least) to have a true succession plan, and at his advanced age this is an act of pure hubris. In my opinion, this is the critical weakness holding the organization back. A second key issue is that ATCC does not promote its best employees. They's lost great team members because there is no way to get promoted there.
