The benefits are excellent, the people are diverse and friendly, most management, and the CEO are approachable and friendly, work is diverse and challenging, and pay is competitive.

Cons

Sometimes stressful, reorganizations and major changes happen frequently. (Stability is affected.)

Lack of appreciation, no positive motivation, favorite employees and no changes expected to this in the future. Performance based pay increase a joke! No one other than upper management gets paid any where near industry standards! There is no where to complain. We have a non existent HR department which is rude and unresponsive. Our latest abuse, cutting our annual sick leave from 12 days to 5 days. 7 days of sick leave stolen from our pay. And don't forget that bonuses only go to the " kool aid" followers who are highly scored. The last 2 years have been painful with many employees leaving.
