      Pros

      ATCC has a comfortable, small company feel where you get to know many of your coworkers and recognize most faces. The environment is laid back and easy going. Work in the labs is well-defined and low stress. Benefits are average.

      Cons

      Seems to be poor management, and confusing direction from the executive level. Very little and limited upward mobility within career paths. Questionable qualifications of employees.

      Management doesn't appreciate the employees - feels like they look down their noses at rank and file. HR does not support employees - unapproachable.

      Pros

      Company does interesting work! Coworkers were all very nice, lunch room, on-site workout room, pays well and great benefit package.

      Cons

      "Re-structuring" occurs several times a year, job stability was unsure at all times, no real communication from upper management.
