Cons

The company is a bit sales-mad, not very much money per hour, zero hours contract, some shows customers can be horrific

Great job especially for first time part time job people. Can work way up from usher to supervisor very efficiently

Cons

Poor individual theatre management in my personal experience. Shifts are also quite short so depends what you’re after
