Working for ATG is a fab environment if you LOVE theatre, don't think it's going to be easy because theatre patrons know what they want & where to sit and the die hard ones will know if their favorite show has gone in up price I loved all 4 years of my role serving the public

Cons

Trying to explain to customers why they can't have discounts that are offered in the brochure when they've been limited to the first 50 seats or similar Late nights are killers - forget family life

Flexible working hours, and enjoyable jobs working at some incredible shows. Complimentary tickets to see some shows.

Cons

Limited self progression, job is sometimes repetitive, depending on location.
