      Pros

      Good pay + benefits, knowledgeable employees. I had a great manager that was very helpful and did what he could to help me grow within the company. This was not the case for everyone though.

      Cons

      Definitely an old school mentality. If something goes wrong, a lot of focus is placed on determining who is responsible instead of working on solutions. I was accused several times of being responsible for mistakes that were not mine. This made for a very stressful work environment at times.

      Pros

      Interesting work, good compensation, 401K match and benefits

      Cons

      Long overdue to invest in new IT. Company is using software from the 80's that should have been replaced 20 years ago. Management continues to invest in new, state of the art equipment, but continues to put off new information systems to run it. This is cripples the workforce and resulted in over employment which led to recent lay-offs.

      Pros

      Up until recently, solid company, steady work. Layoffs in past year. Good 401(K) match. Offers medical, dental and vision benefits.

      Cons

      Old fashioned culture, good old boys rule. Water cooler talk is highly discouraged. Layoffs may continue as time goes on. Sales are off.
