      Pros

      Great products going into high-tech industries in aerospace, defense, etc. On-boarding process was very organized and helpful in meeting key contacts. Management is very accessible.

      Cons

      IT infrastructure is out of date.

      Pros

      Friendly people to work with, good hours, overtime-friendly, good management, good location, good and calm atmosphere.

      Cons

      Weak and unnecessary employee union (Untied Steel Workers). Depending on the department you work in, it might be mandatory 6 days a week, or it might be 12 hour shifts with forced days in if someone on another shift is off for the day for a personal reason. Personally, this is not a con for me because I enjoy my work and overtime, but for some it might be an issue.
